Three days inside a private Miami house with fourteen other operators actually building AI-powered wholesaling businesses. Not a conference. Not a webinar. Fifteen laptops, one room, one machine each — built and running before you fly home.
You know what to do. You're just not doing it. You're running the business manually, you're stuck in the follow-up, you're losing deals you should be closing, and you're paying for it with your nights and weekends.
The Machine isn't a webinar. It isn't a mastermind selfie in a fancy hotel. It's fifteen of us, inside a private Miami house for three days — getting your actual AI wholesaling stack configured, wired into your market, and running before you fly home.
Day 1 we diagnose. Day 2 we build. Day 3 you leave with a machine that's already making offers.
You leave with a configured, live AI wholesaling business that's already running.
Your CRM, automations, AI agents, and property data all set up for your market. Not a trial. The actual thing, running.
Your AI acquisitions manager, prompts tuned to how you talk and negotiate. Not a template — yours.
SOPs, scripts, call flows, follow-up sequences, and the exact framework I use to turn MLS listings into signed contracts.
The fourteen other people in that house are the operators you'll still be in group chats with a year from now. Small-and-deep beats large-and-shallow every time.
Three days in the room, real Q&A, live deal analysis. Not a line to a funnel manager — me, on the ground.
You don't leave with "inspiration." You leave with a week-by-week execution plan, and a community that holds you to it.
Six years ago my businesses got wiped out by the pandemic and I had to rebuild from zero. Wholesaling real estate is what I picked — not because it was easy, but because it was the fastest path to cash I could find.
I wholesaled hundreds of properties. Built a seven-figure business. And three years ago, when I was tired of running it by hand, I built Wholetek — the AI operating system I wished I'd had on day one.
The Machine is where I pull it all out of my head and into yours — three days inside a private Miami house, with fourteen other operators who refuse to keep doing this the old way.
If you're in, I'll see you there.
We're not renting a ballroom. We're not herding you into a convention center. For three days, the fifteen of us are living and working inside a private Miami home — hand-picked, curated, nothing like a hotel.
Morning coffee on the terrace. Laptops open in the main room. Breakouts on the patio. Dinners around one long table. The address isn't on the page — it's sent to ticketholders only.
You're not attending an event. You're spending three days inside one.
Same room. Same three days. Same everything. The earlier you commit, the less it costs. Once a tier sells out, it doesn't come back.
All seats receive the identical three-day experience. Tiers reflect when you committed, not what you get. Active Wholetek subscription required to participate (Starter, Pro, or Agency).
If it's not here, email the team and we'll get you a straight answer.
Totally fine. The Machine is built around the system, not your prior experience. Day one gets everyone to the same baseline. If you've wholesaled zero deals and you have access to MLS data through an agent partner (we'll help you find one if needed), you can absolutely build this.
A physical workbook, your Wholetek login activated, a complete SOP binder, scripts and follow-up sequences, a signed Baddiepreneur × Wholetek welcome kit waiting in your room, and three full days of live sessions led by Eva inside the house.
Exactly what it says — a private home in Miami that we rent out just for the three of us (meaning me, you, and the other thirteen operators). Not a hotel ballroom. Not a co-working space. A curated residence with a main room for builds, patio for breakouts, and one long dinner table where we eat together. The address is only shared with confirmed ticketholders.
No. Your ticket covers everything inside the house — content, workbook, all meals during the three days, private dinner with me on Friday, and your Wholetek license. Travel and lodging are on you, but we send preferred-rate hotel blocks within 48 hours of registration. Most attendees stay at hotels 5–15 minutes from the house.
Because fifteen is the number that lets me actually help every person build their machine — look at your numbers, hear your market, tune Tekii to your voice. Twenty is already too many. A hundred is a conference. This isn't a conference.
The experience is identical across all fifteen seats — same room, same builds, same coaching, same meals. The price climbs because the early seats reward the people who commit before there's social proof. Seats 1–3 are $4,997 (founding). Seats 4–6 jump to $7,997 (early). Seats 7–15 are $9,997 (standard). When a tier sells out, it doesn't come back. So the actual question is: do you want to be the third person in, or the fifteenth?
Full refund up to 60 days before the event, minus a $250 administrative fee. Within 60 days, seats are transferable but not refundable. With only fifteen seats, once you're in, someone else didn't get in — that's why the policy tightens as we get closer. Full terms in the confirmation email.
No. Wholetek is built to be operated, not engineered. If you can use Instagram, you can use Wholetek. The hands-on sessions walk every person through their own setup — in a room of fifteen, nobody gets left behind.
They need their own seat — and with only fifteen, seats go fast. Every seat means a dedicated laptop configuring their own Wholetek instance. No observers in the house.
No live-stream — the whole point is being there. But after the event, we release The Afters, a cinematic documentary of the three days with anonymous Confessionals from every attendee. House Seat holders get The Afters included free. Anyone who couldn't be in the room can purchase Founding access at theafters.wholetek.io before September 10, 2026.
Yes. Everything we build inside the house runs on Wholetek — Tekii, Opal, Leadsfeed. You'll need an active plan (Starter $197/mo, Pro $297/mo, or Agency $397/mo) to participate. If you're not subscribed yet, you can start a plan when you book your seat. Most attendees run Pro.
Miami. Three days. One private house. The room only exists once. If this is yours, take it.
